Jordan is a freelance jazz and blues musician/songwriter from Chicago and plays in the band Broke Even with his friend and roommate Ollie (cheerful_blues).

He loves playing at the local clubs, he loves getting drunk there and usually doesn't leave the scene until 3-4am. His lifestyle is rather unhealthy with lots of alcohol and lack of routine. He lives for the night and the thought of a 9-5 job creeps him out more than the prospect of being unable to pay the next bill.

He is a musician at heart, bringing a lot of clichès of that profession into his daily life. He is chaotic, sloppy and he loves to sleep in. Everything before noon is "too damn early" - he is not a morning person. He needs at least half an hour and three cups of coffee to reach the status of a human being, capable of understanding and responding to what is going on around him. Jordan gets by with the most important stuff, e.g. washing machines and paying his bills on time but everything in between that doesn't require his immediate attention he tends to take care of "along the way". Meaning, whenever he got the time or feels like it or realizes he can't delay it any further.

Jordan wants to be unpredictable, unable to be narrowed down to certain characteristics. One day he might be happy and socializing like a pro, the next day he might come across as an misantrope or jerk. Most of the time, however, he just fails horribly at this, because he is neither badass nor too witty.

Jordan likes to drink and while not being a real alcoholic is an alcoholic. He's not an aggressive drunk, though.
